The quote process at Daddy’s Moving is short, free and binding. Three minutes on the form gets Cole Whitmore on the phone within the same business hour. Thirty minutes of walk‑through gets a flat figure signed by Wyatt Colson. The $99 deposit holds your date and credits to the final bill.
What to put on the form
Six fields, none of them dealbreakers. Address gets Cole to the right corridor suburb, bedroom count sets the truck size, target date drops you on the calendar. Ask about the Tuesday‑Thursday discount if your dates are flexible.
- From address (or just neighborhood)
- To address (or destination city)
- Bedrooms — 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, or larger
- Target date or date range
- Best callback time — Paige starts at 7am sharp
- Notes — piano, storage, stairs, gate codes

What the flat covers
Two or three W‑2 movers, the right truck size, wrap, dollies, ramps, fuel, the dispatcher running your route, and full $1M cargo coverage. Nothing extra on move day. Stairs and long carries are priced into the flat, not added at the end.
What changes the figure
Two things, and only with your written go‑ahead during the walk: an inventory bigger than what Cole saw, or an access change not disclosed. Otherwise the figure holds — that’s the price‑match promise in practice.
